Took me a minute to dial in the fit, but the 4-point lock buckle clicks in with a reassuring snap. My pup doesn't fuss with it at all, and the polyester hasn’t irritated her neck even on long walks.
The polyester is really gentle against her neck—she stopped scratching at it within a day. The 4-point lock system feels rock solid even when she pulls hard on walks, and the adjustability let me dial in the fit in about ten seconds.
