Took this out in a downpour and the rubber overlay kept the harness completely dry underneath—the polyester didn’t even feel damp when we got home. Wiping off mud took one pass with a cloth, which is a huge win for a dog that loves puddles.
Noticed the rubber overlay survived a muddy trail run and rinsed off clean in seconds, which is more than I can say for our old harness. The polyester underneath still looks brand new despite the weather we've thrown at it.
The rubber overlay is a game changer—took it through a downpour and it wiped clean in seconds, no damp dog smell lingering on the straps. Fit is snug but not restrictive, and my pup actually seems happier on walks than with his old harness.
