My shoulder used to ache after every walk with my puller, but that spring really does absorb the shock—feels like the leash is doing the heavy lifting now. The build quality’s solid too, no wear after a month of daily use.

Gave it a good yank test with my 70-pound puller and the spring genuinely softens the jerk, so my shoulder doesn’t ache after our walks anymore. It’s got a nice solid feel without being heavy, and the whole thing just works.

The spring actually does its job—my dog hit the end of the leash hard on a squirrel chase and I barely felt the jerk in my wrist. It’s the first walk in months where I didn’t brace myself every time she lunged.
