The Neopro H-Harness in Cloudy is a waterproof dog harness with all-weather coated webbing that handles rain, mud, sand, and water. Wipe it down after any walk and move on.
Unlike nylon harnesses that soak up water, hold odor, and take hours to dry, the Neopro stays dry on contact. Fully adjustable with room to size up as your dog grows, so one harness covers more ground.

A 4-point locking buckle keeps it secure, and two back D-rings give you options for leash attachment. Water resistant, easy to clean, and built for dogs that go where the weather takes them.
